1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Management

Upon closure, any verified balance remaining after the settlement of open bets will be returned to your registered payment method following applicable checks. jta99 reserves the right to close an account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1Accepted Payment Methods
jta99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All payment methods must be registered in the account holder's own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account name does not match the jta99 account name — will be rejected and returned to the source. jta99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
4.2Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on jta99 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard personal accounts that have completed KYC verification. Deposits are credited to your jta99 wallet balance in real time following confirmation from the payment processor. jta99 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
4.3Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within thirty minutes of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to two business days. jta99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-traffic periods may experience brief delays.
4.4Currency
All transactions on jta99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). jta99 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required on the player's end is the player's sole responsibility and associated fees are not reimbursed by jta99.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by jta99 are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses on jta99 is 30x the bonus amount.
5.2Bonus Abuse
jta99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, coordinating bets with other players to exploit bonus conditions, placing low-risk hedging bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors or display anomalies to obtain unintended bonus credits. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.
5.3Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. jta99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect bonuses already in active use.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1Player Protection Tools
jta99 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, reality check notifications, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion. 6.2Self-Exclusion

- Attempting to exploit software bugs, display errors, or technical anomalies for financial gain.
- Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing or event manipulation related to betting markets offered on jta99.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jta99 staff or other users through any communication channel.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1Ownership of Content
All content on jta99.app including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the Platform is the intellectual property of jta99 or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of jta99.
8.2Licence to Use
jta99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercial use of the Platform or its contents, any collection and use of product listings or descriptions, any derivative use of the Platform or its contents, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jta99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jta99 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform, including odds, results, statistics, or promotional information.
9.2Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jta99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. In no event shall jta99's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
10.1Right to Amend
jta99 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jta99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account immediately.
10.2Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of fairness and commercial reasonableness.
